Yours truly would like to make a recommendation of an utterly unique dining experience that will only be available through the weekend. Celebrated Chef Pierre Gagnaire will be serving his “Homage to the American Product,” an exclusive tasting menu inspired by the domestic purveyors and farms used to create the masterpieces served at his only US restaurant Twist by Pierre Gagnaire at Mandarin Oriental.
