March 24: Celebrated Chef Michael Mina introduces his five-course tasting menu matched with the renowned wines of Far Niente presented by the winery’s president, Larry McGuire; $175, includes tax and gratuity. If you can’t make this date, Michael Mina Bellagio will be offering the special wine-pairing menu throughout March; $88 food, $65 wine.
