For those of you who haven’t rushed into making your Thanksgiving dining plans, never fear, there are plenty of choices that abound throughout our fair city. DJT, Trump International Hotel Las Vegas’ signature restaurant, will offer guests a spectacular Thanksgiving brunch of classic dishes along with innovative creations including a display of seafood on ice, a carving station featuring Herb Roasted Tom Turkey and Honey and Molasses Glazed Ham as well as a selection of traditional holiday desserts like pumpkin pie and warm apple cobbler. The first course includes Delicata Squash Soup or Foie Gras Dumplings. Next is Baby Oak Lettuce / Pear And Goat Cheese Tart with Sherry Shallot Vinaigrette. The main course will include Duo of Sonora California Organic Turkey; Herb Roasted Breast / Mushroom Stuffed Braised Thigh with pan gravy. Simon at Palms Place is offering a Thanksgiving brunch from noon until 7 p.m. that is $38 per person and includes a complimentary glass of Beaujolais or Chablis. Upon seating, guests will enjoy assorted appetizers consisting of crispy sausage stuffed olives, Dungeness crab deviled eggs, rosemary roasted nuts and date and bleu cheese stuffed mushrooms. The gourmet salad station will include the turkey chop; mixed green salad with goat cheese, cranberries and pine nuts, or an endive salad with candied walnuts and Point Reyes blue cheese.
