‘Denim and Diamonds’

The Food Is Art “Denim and Diamonds” dine-around event, held at the Keep Memory Alive Event Center on Oct. 5, gathered together local chefs from 12 Las Vegas restaurants including Sage at Aria, Top of the World at Stratosphere, Robert Irvine’s Public House and Esther’s Kitchen.

More than 450 guests attended the event, which also included an auction, where the top-selling item was a 16-person suite at T-Mobile Arena for a Vegas Golden Knights game.

The evening raised more than $200,000 for the ALS Association Nevada Chapter, a record-breaking one-day total for the nonprofit.
