On a perfectly warm evening, against spectacular views, Luxury Las Vegas magazine presented EcoCouture: a showcase of sustainable art through fashion. Guests mixed and marveled throughout the hillside enclave of four beautifully appointed residences of Vu by Christopher Homes at MacDonald Highlands in Henderson. Environmentally astute designers debuted one-of-a-kind creations for an intimate crowd, which enjoyed music by classically-trained violinist Lydia Ansel. Guests sampled savory farm-to-table cuisine from Annie Alenik of Pasta Shop Ristorante, delectable ceviche and treats by Masterpiece, and served signature libations made with Broken Shed Vodka courtesy of Armeni Enterprises. Those attending also were treated to an array of eco-friendly makeup trends by LOOK Style Society and introduced to cars provided by Gaudin Porsche of Las Vegas. Proceeds from the silent auction, which included a Raymond Weil timepiece from T-Bird Jewels, benefited the Las Vegas Fashion Council.
