Andson Inc. honored

On April 13, Mutual of America hosted a Hometown Celebration Awards Luncheon honored Andson Inc. at Cili Restaurant at Bali Hai Golf Club. The Las Vegas-based nonprofit was recognized with a 2016 Community Partnership Award.

The foundation names 10 organizations annually as award winners, based on value of their partnership to the communities they serve, their ability to be replicated by others and their capacity to stimulate new approaches to addressing significant social issues.
Andson received the award for its Piggy Bank Program, a partnership with Silver States Schools Credit Union and United Way’s Young Philanthropist’s Society that teaches students how to save money.
