Launch party for training day Golden Ale

Hyde Bellagio hosted a party to celebrate the official launch of Ryan Reaves’ 7Five Brewing on Feb. 25. Golden Knights owner Bill Foley came out to lend his support, along with Reaves’ teammates Marc-Andre Fleury, Eric Haula, Alex Tuch, Jonathan Marchessault and Paul Stastny. Also on hand was chef Marc Marrone, a hardcore Knights fan who recently left his position with Tao Group to focus on opening a pair of off-Strip projects.
A bartender poured drafts of 7Five’s first release Training Day Golden Ale on the club’s patio, with the Bellagio Fountains dancing behind him. Inside, Reaves and partner Adam Coates shared some of the story and philosophy behind the company, and debuted its new commercial for the crowd of about 115. Reaves also revealed that he’s hoping
to release a lager within the next few months.
