Vegas Unstripped

Off-Strip chefs countered the seemingly endless star power of Vegas Uncork’d with a carefully curated helping of street cred at Vegas Unstripped, which was held under the stars in the Arts District
on May 11. More than 600 people attended, enjoying bites from 18 off-Strip restaurants, whose chefs designed new dishes to wow them.
Ticket sales covered expenses of participating chefs, and additional proceeds were donated
to homeless outreach program Caridad to support its efforts to get homeless veterans involved with a new urban farming project.
