‘Wine Women & Shoes’

St. Jude’s Ranch for Children raised more than $100,000 at its “Wine Women & Shoes” benefit on April 28 at Enclave. About 370 guests enjoyed brunch, wine tasting, appetizers and shopping at the Sunday afternoon affair. Linda Faiss, president of Faiss Foley Warren Public Relations & Public Affairs, was selected as the nonprofit’s honoree for the third annual event, for which Luxury was a sponsor. Sole Men volunteers — husbands, sons, employees and Ranch supporters — welcomed guests, sold raffle tickets and helped out where needed during the fundraiser emceed by Fox 5’s Jason Feinberg. After entertainers Zowie Bowie and Nieve Malandra warmed up the crowd, models in men’s and women’s designs by Berny Martin with Catou stole the show.
