MOST VALUABLE PROPERTY: Home boasts indoor basketball court, posh pool

Luxury Realtor Kristen Routh-Silberman calls it her rock-star listing for Las Vegas for a reason.

It’s already drawn interest from NBA superstar LeBron James and is expected to be shown to other league players when they are in town for the NBA Summer League, July 6-21.

“It couldn’t be a better house at a better time for Las Vegas with all of the professional sports coming to town,” said Routh-Silberman, who is with Sotheby’s International Realty.

Nestled in an exclusive gated community in Henderson’s Seven Hills, the 11,718-square-foot home was designed by architect Richard Luke. It features an indoor basketball court, its own private gate and a 300-foot driveway.

This two-story house with six bedrooms, an office, nine bathrooms and a four-car garage, which sits on a 1-acre lot on a bluff, isn’t just about the numbers. It’s more about the amenities.

The house at 1353 Dilevante Drive looks down on the fairway at Rio Secco Golf Club from the outdoor patio where there’s a 100-foot-long pool that was featured on HGTV’s “Pool Kings.” It has a cascading waterfall, fire and water-tube features, an island with a hammock in palm trees and a swim-up fire lounge. It even has a rope from the second-floor for swinging into the pool.

A stairway leads to a sky deck with views of the Strip, which is just right for watching sunsets or kids playing on trampolines embedded in the ground.

While it’s not unusual for multi-million dollar homes to have a theater, gym or gaming area with pool table, it’s rare to have an indoor basketball court, accessible by stairs, a fire pole and a slide.

The home, built in 2016, is listed for $6,750,000, and is being sold by Shane and Willow Jager, owners of Elite Pest Control.
