Cocoa powder: Vosges goes vegan with new supercharged chocolate collection

Photos by Vosges
The tantalizing truffles in Vosges Haut-Chocolat’s newest collection contain dark chocolate, with two to three times more flavanols than milk chocolate, mixed with antioxidant-rich extra virgin olive oil, which can help lower cholesterol and may decrease the risk of heart disease. The Olio Cacao Wellness Truffles collection is also infused with ingredients such as metabolism-boosting Matcha Green Tea, Pomegranate Rose, which can reduce inflammation and aid digestion, plus Chia Seeds loaded with vitamins, minerals and fiber. The company carefully sources the chocolate produced in its certified organic manufacturing facility. The vegan delights are available in two, four and nine-piece boxes. vosgeschocolate.com
